		<description>Apparently Microsoft has removed some of the information in the MSDN article I originally linked, so here&#039;s a recap:

First, you have to set the Cluster Hang timeout from a command prompt (Start -&gt; Run... -&gt; &quot;cmd.exe&quot;):
cluster.exe /cluster:clustername /prop clussvcheartbeattimeout=number of seconds
where clustername is the name of the cluster and number of seconds is the number of seconds that you want to use in the calculation of the heartbeat.

Then, to set the value of the HangRecoveryAction property, run the following command at a command prompt:
cluster.exe /cluster:clustername /prop hangrecoveryaction=n
